This work has been performed in the framework of the IST project IST-2001-35125 OverDRiVE (Spectrum Efficient Uniand Multicast Over Dynamic Radio Networks in Vehicular Environments), which is partly funded by the European Union. The OverDRiVE consortium consists of Ericsson (co-ordinator), DaimlerChrysler, France Telecom, Motorola and Radiotelevisione Italiana as well as Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule RWTH Aachen, Universität Bonn and the University of Surrey.
